Moore County Deputies pulled over a speeding car near Robbins on Monday and arrested the driver on drug charges.

David Clayton Hagen, 43, from the 400 block of Lindale Drive in Robbins, was arrested after giving law enforcement consent to search his 1991 Chevrolet truck, according to a news release from Moore County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies seized 16 grams of crystal methamphetamine, five grams of marijuana, three dosage units of hydrocodone, six dosage units of Xanax, drug paraphernalia, and $405 in cash.

Hagen was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule II (methamphetamine) controlled-substance, felony possession of a schedule II (methamphetamine) controlled-substance, felony maintaining of a vehicle for the storage of a controlled -substance, simple possession of a schedule II (hydrocodone) controlled-substance, simple possession of a schedule IV (Xanax) controlled-substance, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Hagen was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $3,000 secured bond, according to arrest records.

Hagen is due in court on December 12th.
