Robbins woman charged after fleeing traffic stop

Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields announced the arrest of one individual following a search in Robbins.

On Sept. 22, deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 3200 block of Cedar Hill Road in Robbins.

During the investigation, deputies located psilocybin (mushrooms), methamphetamine, marijuana, items of drug paraphernalia, and items of marijuana paraphernalia.

The search warrant was executed at the conclusion of a drug investigation.

Kimberly Osborne, 40, of Robbins, was arrested and facing charges of felony possession of schedule I controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Moore County Magistrate Swanson issued the suspect a $30,000 secured bond.

Osborne was arrested on drug charges back in May.

Deputies seized methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug and marijuana paraphernalia after obtaining a search warrant and arrested Osborne as a result, according to Fields in a previous press release.

Osborne is due in court on Oct. 5 for the current charges and is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
