The Town of Southern Pines seeks your input on the redevelopment of a town-owned site at Morganton Road and S. Henley Street.
In June 2021, the community participated in engagement sessions to help define the guiding public interests for the site.
This next round of engagement will focus on determining how well conceptual plans developed by DFI and Neighboring Concepts meet these interests. DFI will present options and lead discussions in small groups.
Community members are encouraged to attend one of the following meetings:
Saturday, April 30 at 9:30 a.m. or Thursday, May 5 at 6 p.m.
