Overcast skies and rain couldn’t put a damper on hot rods and rock-n-roll at the first ever Rockabilly Concert in Pinehurst Friday evening.
The event hosted The Phantom Playboys with their sounds of Rock-a-billy and 50’s Rock-n-Roll with a splash of surf and flying jump-kick of raw energy. The five-piece brass and steel freight train came barreling down the tracks from Wilmington, NC, so there wouldn’t be a still foot at the Arboretum.
