On July 3, 2017, John Viscuso of Seven Lakes woke to find that five American flags he had on display in the front of his home had been vandalized. Upon learning of this unpatriotic act of vandalism, the President of the Moore County Law Enforcement Officers Association (LEOA), Chief Bob Temme, presented to the Viscuso family a thin blue line American flag on behalf of the LEOA, so they can continue to show their support for our country on the 4th of July.
