K-9 Jacky will be officially introduced at the start of the Town Council regular meeting on June 13, 2017, at 7:00 pm at the Douglass Community Center located at 1185 West Pennsylvania Avenue, Southern Pines, NC.
The community is invited to join the Southern Pines Police Department as Mayor David McNeill administers an oath of office to K-9 Jacky during a brief ceremony at the start of the council meeting.
