Two Moore County residence were arrested last week on charges of breaking and entering into a West End home.

According to a press release sent out by the Moore County Sheriff’s Department, Terry Rosser Buie, 33, of Vass and Crystal Brianne Tripp, 32, of Carthage, were arrested after an investigation when a citizen called in a suspicious person in the area.

After deputies arrived on the scene, it was determined that “Both Buie and Tripp had previously entered a residence at another location and had stolen property from that residence.”

A stolen vehicle from Carthage was also in Buie’s possession.

Buie was charged with felony breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering, felony possession of stolen goods, larceny of motor vehicle, possession of stolen motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia.  Buie was jailed under a $20,000 bond.

Tripp was charged with felony breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering, felony possession of stolen goods. Tripp was jailed under a $15,000 bond.

Both suspects have a September 25 court date and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
