Three facing drug charges after search

Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields announced the arrests of three individuals following a search in the Robbins area.

On January 5, deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Sunset Circle.

During the investigation, deputies located heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, buprenorphine, naloxone, and items of drug paraphernalia. The search warrant was executed at the conclusion of a drug investigation.

Arrested were:

Brandon Lineberry, 22, of Robbins:

Charges- possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin, possession of heroin, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance-(methamphetamine), possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule III controlled substance-(buprenorphine and naloxone), maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and misdemeanor child abuse.

Bond: $35,000.

Makayla Morgan, 26, of Robbins:

Charges- possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin, possession of heroin, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II controlledsubstance-(methamphetamine), possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule III controlled substance-(buprenorphine and naloxone), maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and misdemeanor child abuse.

Bond: $25,000.

Dakota Davis, 28, of Robbins:

Charges- possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bond: $2,000.

All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
