The Town of Robbins announced in a news release on Friday that it had a discharge of untreated wastewater on Sept. 1 of an estimated 15,000 gallons in the area sanitary sewer on 121 Frye St.
The untreated wastewater was discharged unknown tributary into the Deep River.
The incident began at 7:30 a.m. and was resolved at 10:15 a.m. The spill was reported to state agencies on Sept. 2 at 7:50 a.m.
