Two individuals were arrested for breaking and entering on June 30, 2017 of an Underwood Road residence in Carthage, according to a news release from Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrested Dylan Allen Brown, age 18, from 4852 Lobelia Road, Vass, North Carolina, and Shawn Edward Caputo, age 17, from 301 Rock Creek Road, Carthage, North Carolina. Brown and Caputo each were charged with one count of felony breaking and entering, one count of felony larceny of a firearm, one count of felony larceny, one count of felony possession of a stolen firearm, and one count of felony possession of stolen goods according to Sheriff Neil Godfrey.
Brown and Caputo were placed in the Moore County Detention Center each under a $75,000.00 secured bond where they were given a July 11, 2017 District Court date.
