Two arrested for stealing Roof Maxx trailer in Seven Lakes

Two people were arrested Thursday for stealing a Roof Maxx trailer in Seven Lakes after a search warrant was served in Robbins. Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields made the announcement of the arrests.

Arrested were Dillon Stout, 27, and Heather Moore, 36, both of Robbins.

Roof Maxx owner George Berg is grateful for the quick arrests by the sheriff’s department.

“We bought the ROOF MAXX franchise because we have a son that was involved in a horrific accident,” said Berg. “He will never be able to work for another company. He’s in rehabilitation in Florida, and costs are very high, but our hope is he can answer phones and have meaning to his life and take over the business. Life is a bunch of speed bumps, and it’s how we address those speed bumps and excel after them. God bless and thank you for the customers that have reached out.”

Stout was charged with one count of felony larceny of a motor vehicle, one count of felony possession of stolen goods, three counts of felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and
deliver controlled substance, two counts of felony possession of controlled substance, two counts of misdemeanor possession of controlled substance, and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $110,000.

Moore was charged with one count of felony possession of stolen goods, three counts of felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver controlled substance, two counts of felony possession of controlled substance, two counts of misdemeanor possession of controlled substance, and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was placed under a $100,000 bond.

Both suspects are scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on November 19 and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
