A Vass teenager was arrested for breaking and entering and was given a $50,000 secured bond last Thursday.

In a news release, Moore County Sheriff’s Office stated deputies arrested and charged James Alan Starling, 16, one count of breaking and entering, one count of felony larceny after breaking and entering, one count of felony possession of stolen goods, one count of felony larceny of a firearm and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Starling has a May 22nd court date and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
