The Village of Pinehurst has launched a new topic on Open Village Hall, the online platform to engage citizens on important Village issues. The new topic invites residents to comment and provide feedback on the Village’s proposed 2019 Strategic Operating Plan, which includes the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 Budget and the Five-year Financial Forecast, announced the village in a news release.

Village Manager, Jeff Sanborn, presented the proposed 2019 Strategic Operating Plan to the Pinehurst Village Council at their meeting on Tuesday. The Village Council will hold two budget work sessions to discuss the details of the 2019 Strategic Operating Plan.
These budget work sessions will be held at 2:00 pm in the Council Conference Room at Village Hall on Monday, May 14th and Wednesday, May 16th.
A public hearing on the FY 2019 Budget will be held at the Council’s regular meeting on Tuesday, May 22nd at 4:30 pm to receive input from the public on the proposed annual budget. Staff will provide the Village Council with all Open Village Hall public comments prior to the public hearing. Join the conversation at www.vopnc.org/openvillagehall.
The Village of Pinehurst launched Open Village Hall to allow the public to provide input on topics after “signing in” or “joining” the Open Village Hall forum. The Village encourages residents to sign up today and provide the requested demographic information to help Village officials better analyze the feedback received on topics.
Once signed-in, click the “Info” tab to “Subscribe” to announcements from the Village of Pinehurst when new topics are posted on Open Village Hall.
