Two people from Vass were arrested Tuesday on breaking and entering charges, according to a news release from Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
Walter Luther Mills, 37, and Caroline June Morgan, 40, are accused of breaking into a building in the Lakeview community, just outside of Vass.
Both suspects were charged with one count of felony breaking and entering, one count of felony larceny and one count of felony possession of stolen goods.
Mills was placed under a $5,000 secured bond, and Morgan was placed under a $1,000 secured bond.
Police recovered all stolen property.
The suspects are expected in court on August 7 and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
