Moore County Sheriff’s Office and the North Carolina Probation and Parole conducted a probation search of a home on Friday and arrested three individuals for drug charges.

According to Sheriff Godfrey, after deputies searched a home in the 200 block of Sheffield Lane in Seagrove, they seized eight grams of crystal methamphetamine and assorted drug paraphernalia.

Arrested were Heather Nicole Moore, 33, occupant of the searched home,  Roger Dale Spivey, 49, from the 200 block of Wilkes Road in Robbins, and Cindy Lynn Britt, 39, from the 100 block of Meadow Lane in Star.

Moore was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, felony possession of methamphetamine, the felony maintaining of a dwelling for the storage of a controlled substance and the possession of drug paraphernalia. Moore was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond.

Spivey was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and the possession of drug paraphernalia. Spivey was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $7,500 secured bond.

Britt was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, felony possession of methamphetamine, the felony maintaining of a dwelling for the storage of a controlled substance, felony possession of a controlled substance on jail premises and the possession of drug paraphernalia.  Britt was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $35,000 secured bond.

All three individuals have a November 14th court date, according to arrest records.
