The Southern Pines Fire and Police Departments will host a memorial ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 11, at 8:30 a.m. at the Sunrise Outdoor Theater, 260 NW Broad Street.
The event marks the 24th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks.
