A two-vehicle collision occurred in Carthage on Tuesday.
At approximately 1:45 p.m., emergency responders were advised of a collision on Vass Carthage Road at Niagara Carthage Road. The area was under road maintenance and down to one lane.
Carthage Fire and Rescue Department arrived to find a two-vehicle collision, with one vehicle having significant damage. The intersection was blocked. This caused a traffic delay while traffic was directed around the wreck.
A Honda Civic involved was occupied by two adults and two children. EMS was evaluating all four occupants with the possibility of non-life-threatening injuries. A Ram truck was occupied by the driver only, and no injuries were reported.Â
Traffic continued to be directed around the scene during the investigation, debris cleanup, and removal of the vehicles.Â
No further information was provided at the scene.Â
