Eagle Springs search warrant leads to three arrests, drug seizures

Deputies arrested three people Wednesday after a search in Eagle Springs reportedly produced suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, amphetamine, buprenorphine hydrochloride, and drug paraphernalia.

According to the Moore County Sheriff’s Office, detectives executed a warrant Sept. 24 in the 200 block of Matherson Lane in Eagle Springs.

Arrested was Albert Caddell, 56, of Eagle Springs. He is facing charges of felony possession of fentanyl, felony possession of amphetamine, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Moore County Detention Center under a 48-hour hold with no bond.

Also arrested was Brandi Seawell, 36, of Eagle Springs. She is facing charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $5,500.

The third individual arrested was Dakota Yates, 26, of Eagle Springs. She is facing charges of simple possession of a Schedule III controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a written promise to appear.

All three are scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on Oct. 9.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
