Live After 5 relocates to Village Arboretum

The Live After 5 concert series returns to the Village of Pinehurst in 2023 with more room to enjoy music, family-friendly activities, and food and beverage vendors.

Starting in April, the Live After 5 concert will relocate from Tufts Park to The Village Arboretum (located next to Village Hall at 395 Magnolia Rd.). The primary reason for the change of venue is safety concerns for concertgoers and visitors in the downtown area.

“While Tufts Park has served us for several years, we have simply outgrown the space, and that becomes a safety concern,” said Parks and Recreation Director Mark Wagner. “Hosting the series at The Arboretum will allow more room for family-friendly activities and additional food and beverage vendors.”

Live After 5 kicks off Friday, April 14 with Whiskey Pines and The Sand Band. Bring your blankets, chairs, and coolers (no outside alcohol allowed) for this free community event.

Parking for Live After 5 is available at Village Hall, Timmel Pavillion and Rassie Wicker Park. A shuttle will also provide transportation from the Cannon Park Community Center (210 Rattlesnake Trail).
