Brian T. Kosior, 54, of Whispering Pines, passed on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst.
A Funeral Mass will be held 1PM, Saturday, April 21, 2018 at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church in Southern Pines. A celebration of his life will follow at the Boles Funeral Home in Southern Pines.
He was born October 21, 1963 to the late Walter and Patricia Sickelsmith Kosior. He grew up in Cicero, NY; was a graduate of Oswego State University working for many years with Pitney Bowes Software Development as a computer architect.
Brian was a loving and devoted husband and father, and a cherished friend. He had an undying loyalty to the New England Patriots and the NHL. He enjoyed fantasy football, biking, boating, and golf.
He was predeceased by his parents, and his grandparents, Joseph and Barbara Kosior.
He is survived by his beloved wife of more than 15 years, Kristin S. Kosior; their son, Erik J. Kosior; his in-laws, William and Dorothy Stalsitz of Southern Pines; and his cousin, Leslie Speight of Pawtucket, RI.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in memory of Brian Kosior to the family to help fund his son’s education.
