Entering its sixth year, Bradshaw Performing Arts Center in Pinehurst, North Carolina, is stepping into the spotlight as a premier regional destination for live performance. The 2025–26 season showcases an exciting mix of star-powered headliners and standout acts across genres—an energetic and eclectic lineup designed to surprise, delight, and inspire.
This season marks the launch of BPAC’s new Tribute Series, celebrating iconic artists with high-energy, crowd-pleasing shows.
“With Taylor Swift, Whitney Houston, and Beatles tributes, BPAC is bridging nostalgia with the ‘now’,” says Executive Director Morgan Sills. Are You Ready For It? A Taylor Experience kicks off the series with a fully staged tribute to Taylor Swift that celebrates her “Eras” tour with dazzling visuals, choreography, and all the fan-favorite hits. “When I saw it, I knew we had to book it. We’re doing two performances in one day. It’s a fun, high-impact production that brings arena-style excitement to Owens Auditorium.”
January 2026 will mark the return of audience favorite Yesterday and Today: The Interactive Beatles Experience. “The best tribute shows have a point of view. They’re a conversation with the setlist rather than rote imitation,” says Sills. Built on audience input, the songstack shifts nightly, forming an ever-changing love letter to Lennon and McCartney. BPAC’s Tribute Series culminates with Nicole Henry Sings Whitney Houston, featuring the renowned jazz vocalist in a show that’s lush, nuanced, and emotionally intelligent. She sings Houston not as a shadow but as a reverent echo.
Emmy-nominated Mad About You and Stranger Things star Paul Reiser headlines BPAC’s Comedy Series on Thursday, October 16. A veteran performer with decades in stand-up, sitcoms, and character work, Reiser remains a thinking person’s comic; his humor, laced with self-deprecation and wry insight, pairs warmth with bite to elevate observational comedy into something profoundly human and relevant.
Kicking off the Comedy Series on Monday, September 22 is Erin Foley, a versatile comic whose resume includes credits ranging from Conan and Curb Your Enthusiasm to her own Comedy Central special. With her rich festival circuit pedigree, Foley brings sharp timing, fearless wit, and the rare ability to move between cultural commentary and flat-out hilarity.
The Comedy Series’ season finale is acclaimed mentalist Erikson Herz (Friday, January 30), a mentalist whose performances blend sleight of hand with psychological inquiry, often leaving audiences equal parts laughing and amazed. Herz’s singular career includes extended residencies at the Wyndham, Westin, and Ritz-Carlton. These, alongside international engagements at Hard Rock Cayman, have solidified his reputation as a world-class entertainer with a mastery of illusion and uncanny understanding of the human response to wonder.
For BPAC’s prestigious Mainstage Series, Sills states, “We’ve had many requests for The Glenn Miller Orchestra over the years, and we’re proud they’ll be at BPAC on Monday, June 1.” A legendary, living touchstone, the orchestra’s enduring swing evokes a bygone America that feels, in moments, reassuringly eternal.
The highlight of this year’s Mainstage Series may well be the arrival of Sheena Easton on Friday, March 20. A global pop icon with a catalog that spans genres, decades, and continents, Easton’s “Morning Train” “Strut,” and her James Bond theme “For Your Eyes Only,” are timeless pop at its finest. Her resume encompasses Broadway credits (Man of La Mancha, Grease), TV roles (Miami Vice, Young Blades), and a Las Vegas residency that secured her a spot in the city’s Hall of Fame. With a voice that still commands the stage and a stage presence honed across continents, Easton’s performance promises to be both high-voltage and deeply polished.
Heart meets imagination in BPAC’s Family Fun Series, for ages five and up.
Charismatic magician Reggie Rice opens the series with Reggie Rice: The Magic of Laughter, a deft blend of illusion and slapstick that’s polished, yet disarmingly engaging, and smart enough to resonate with kids and adults alike. Also returning is the children’s touring icon Doktor Kaboom, returning with Doktor Kaboom: Under Pressure! This new show is perhaps his greatest triumph: a Kennedy Center-commissioned fusion of science and theater, delivered with kinetic absurdity and pedagogical flair. “Doktor Kaboom: Look Out! Science is Coming! was the very first show in the Family Fun Series in 2022, and it sold out quickly. We’re thrilled to have him back on our stage,” continues Sills.
The Family Fun Series closes on Saturday, March 21 with a third visit from Puppy Pals Live, the action-packed comedic stunt dog show. “It’s just an irresistible show, and it’s different each time,” says Sills of the crowd-pleaser with canine charm to spare.
A Cultural Beacon in the Sandhills
Since its dedication in 2019, the Bradshaw Performing Arts Center has evolved into more than just the cultural anchor of Pinehurst, it has become one of the most vital and entertainment and event destinations in the region. Nestled amid the longleaf pines on the campus of Sandhills Community College, BPAC welcomes over 80,000 visitors annually to its lush, resort-town surroundings.
BPAC boasts five distinctive venues, three indoor and two outdoor, and this multifaceted complex plays host to more than 200 events a year. Its programming spans the spectrum: from world-class music and theatrical productions to dance, comedy, lectures, and visual art exhibitions. What emerges is a 2025-26 that is as ambitious as it is accessible, an institution rooted in community, yet unafraid to dream bigger. Sills concludes, “Last season, the ABBA tribute, comedian Becky Robinson, and Garrison Keillor all sold out, to name a few. We look forward to expanding our audience this season. And stay tuned for another big surprise announcement coming just in time for the holidays.”
