Moore County Deputies arrested three suspects from the Bennett area of Moore County following a search warrant.
The search took place on Thursday at the suspects’ home in the 400 block of Fall Creek Road, according to a news release from Sheriff Godfrey.
Arrested were Brandon Lee Lineberry, 19, Janice Marie Davis, 45, and Jeremy Shane Davis, 23, when law enforcement seized 82 grams of Marijuana, two grams of Cocaine, 12 dosage units of Amphetamine pills, four dosage units of Oxycodone pills, three dosage units of Alprazolam pills, six dosage units of Phenobarbital pills and items of drug paraphernalia.
The street value of the drugs is almost $1,100, according to the news release.

Lineberry was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule II Controlled-Substance (Cocaine), Felony Possession of a Schedule II Controlled-Substance, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Felony Possession of Marijuana, Possession with the Intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule II Controlled-Substance (Amphetamine), Felony Possession of a Schedule II Controlled-Substance, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule IV Controlled-Substance, Maintaining a Dwelling for the Storage of a Controlled-Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and the Possession of Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia. The suspect was given a $25,000 secured bond.
Janice Marie Davis was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Felony Possession of Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule IV Controlled-Substance, Maintaining a Dwelling for the Storage of a Controlled-Substance, Misdemeanor Child Abuse and the Possession of Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia. She was placed under a $15,000 secured bond.
Jeremy Shane Davis was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Felony Possession of Marijuana, Maintaining a Dwelling for the Storage of a Controlled-Substance and the Possession of Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia. Davis was given a $7,500 secured bond.
All three suspects were given a July 10th court date and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
