Four facing charges after search in Robbins

Deputies arrested four people Tuesday after a search in Robbins reportedly produced suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, marijuana, clonazepam, drug paraphernalia, and two firearms.

According to the Moore County Sheriff’s Office, the findings come after detectives executed a warrant Sept. 30 in the 400 block of Rushwood Road in Robbins.

Arrested was Jeremy Davidson, 30, of Robbins. He is facing charges of felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon. His bond was set at $107,500.

Also arrested was Megan McIntyre, 30, of Robbins. She is facing charges of felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $7,500.

Jan Tysinger, 20, of Seagrove, is facing charges of felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, simple possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $7,500.

The fourth person arrested, Corey Hussey, 26, of Robbins, is facing charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked on a 48-hour hold.

Davidson, McIntyre and Tysinger are scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on Oct. 29. Hussey is set to appear Oct. 22.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
