Cynthia “Cindy” Douglas Pardue, age 60, of Carthage, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024, at her home, surrounded by her family.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 6 pm at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mamie Alley officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
Cindy was born in Vass, North Carolina on December 21, 1963 to Brenda Garner Douglas and the late Phillip Douglas.
She loved working in her flowers, fishing and cooking for her family. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Danny H. Pardue; sons, Daniel Pardue, Dustin Pardue, Austin Pardue all of Carthage; five grandchildren; sister, Leslie Douglas Robins (Jeff) of West End; brother, Phillip Douglas (Brigitte) of Vass; cousin, Marty Garner (Erica) of Carthage.
