Mr. Victor Herman Horn, 57, of the Eastwood Community, West End, NC, died Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at his residence.
A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
No public viewing will be held.
Survivors: Wife, Faye Hargrove-Horn; children, Amber Mellor, and Brittany and Lee Horn; mother, Marie Smith Horn; two sisters, Pam Santana and Lisa Ann Beckman; brother, Donald Horn; and other relatives.
