The Robbins Police Department provided the following information for January.
Week 1:
Amber Cagle – Order for arrest for failure to appear in traffic court.
Javier Andrade and Amanda Saunders – Larceny of cellphone from a business. They were charged with: felony larceny, damage to the property, felony possession of stolen goods, misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods, felony conspiracy, felony receive stolen goods, and misdemeanor conspiracy.
Jean Needham – (traffic stop) driving while license revoked and expired registration card.
Pamula Austin – (traffic stop) driving while license revoked, expired registration card, no liability insurance, no inspection, and failure to carry a registration card.
Week 2:
Chief Haddock attempted a traffic stop for speeding, and the following suspects are wanted or have been served for the following charges:
Failure to elude arrest, failure to heed lights and sirens, reckless driving to endanger, aggressive driving, speeding, drive left to center, failure to maintain lane control, unsafe movement, failure to stop at stop sign, two counts unsafe passing on yellow line, driving while license revoked, reckless driving disregard of the public, and three counts of misdemeanor conspiracy.
Rodolfo Sanchez – wanted
Nataly Carbajal-Hernandez – warrant served
Destany Ritter – warrant served
Misael Carbajal-Tafola – wanted
Douglas Rucker – (traffic stop) expired tags, driving while license revoked, no registration card, no liability insurance, order for arrest for failure to appear in Winston-Salem on expired tags.
Stacy Deals – Chief Haddock was going to serve an order for arrest at her place of employment. Haddock said he stopped her as she was leaving her job, informed her of the warrant, and additionally charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia, which was allegedly visible. Deals is facing charges of possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz., possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony maintain vehicle of controlled substance, felony possession of schedule II (fentanyl), and possession of methamphetamine.
Daniel Lender – An officer noticed a car stopped for a period of time; the officer pulled up behind and turned on blue lights to initiate a welfare check. After knocking on the window and trying to identify the person, the man allegedly refused to identify himself. After refusing for some time, he was charged with resisting a public officer and disguising the registration plate.
Week 3:
Craig Morgan and Amber Weathers – (traffic stop) two counts of possession of methamphetamine, two counts of schedule II (fentanyl), felony maintain vehicle of controlled substance, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to heed lights and sirens, factitious registration plate, no registration card, no liability insurance, speeding, failure to wear seat belt, failure to carry registration card, expired registration with no inspections, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II, possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, felony possession of schedule I (psychedelic mushrooms), felony possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule I, three counts simple possession of schedule IV, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz., possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule IV.
Jesse Covarubias and Hollie Caviness – (traffic stop) Covarubias was charged with driving while license revoked. Police charged Caviness with carrying a concealed gun and aiding and abetting driving while license was revoked.
Week 4:
Milton Saldivar-Bautista – (traffic stop) reckless driving, speeding, and no operator’s license.
Boyd Nelson – (traffic stop) possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule III (Suboxone), possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule IV (Lorazepam) two counts of maintain vehicle of controlled substance, carrying concealed gun, simple possession of schedule III, simple possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz., possession of marijuana paraphernalia, failure to wear driver seat belt.
Rodolfo Jimenez-Lopez – Police were called to Robbins Elementary school for a person being passed out in the car rider line. An off-duty deputy was there and able to get him up. Haddock said a smell of suspected marijuana was coming from the car. Officers allegedly saw a large amount of marijuana in plain view on the door handle. He was charged with maintaining a vehicle of controlled substance, possession of heroin on school grounds, possession of schedule II (fentanyl), felony concealed gun on school property, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz., concealed gun, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was banned from Moore County Schools.
On Jan. 30, a search warrant was conducted at R & R Tobacco & Vape 2. The investigation is still pending.
All defendants facing criminal charges are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
