The Robbins Police Department provided the following charges for the month of September.
Week 1:
David Britt – Traffic stop for expired registration: possession of Schedule VI, drug paraphernalia, marijuana paraphernalia, and expired registration.
Misty Garner – possession Schedule II, possession Schedule VI, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana paraphernalia.
Johnny Walden – Traffic stop: possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and driving while license revoked (DWLR).
Tabitha Wilder – possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver schedule III, second-degree trespassing at Dollar General.
Week 2:
Stacey Dills – Traffic stop: possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, maintaining a vehicle with a controlled substance, simple possession Schedule II, drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule VI, marijuana paraphernalia, and DWLR.
Rodolfo Berancourt-Chavez – Traffic stop: DWLR and multiple DWLR pending.
Shirley Marabeable – Traffic stop: order for arrest, DWLR, fictitious/altered tag, failure to secure passenger under 16, and no registration.
Mitchell Garner – Traffic stop: possession of marijuana, expired registration, speeding, DWLR.
Anthony Hassell: warrant for domestic order violation.
Week 3:
Officers were called to Random Woods Apartments by management regarding non-residents using their dumpster. Authorities charged Leslie Gonzolaz and Azariah Allcea with littering 500 – 1500 pounds.
Week 4:
Amber Shaw – Traffic stop: possession Schedule VI and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
Roger Murchison – Traffic stop: open container, possession of methamphetamine, possession Schedule II fentanyl, maintaining a vehicle with a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, failure to register vehicle, failure to notify DMV of an address change, failure to register vehicle, and unsafe tires.
Murchison was taken to the hospital and released on warrants. Those warrants have since been served.
Derrick Force: assault on a female and communicating threats.
Christina Williams: misdemeanor conspiracy.
Chief Haddock told Sandhills Sentinel that since school started, the uptick in juvenile cases has decreased significantly, with only two reported in September.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
