A 32-year-old man from West End is in federal custody after being arrested on Wednesday, said Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields in a news release.
Brian Sealy was arrested by Moore County deputies for an outstanding federal warrant.
After the suspect was arrested, deputies obtained a search warrant for a home in the 2100 block of Foxfire Road in the Foxfire area.
Law enforcement confiscated over $9,000 worth of drugs to include 86.1 grams of fentanyl, 10.1 grams of crack cocaine, 8.8 grams of marijuana, three dosage units of alprazolam, and drug paraphernalia.
Cash was also seized in the amount of $422.
Fields said federal indictments are pending for the new charges.
