Three people were arrested after a drug investigation, according to a news release from Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields.
Authorities issued a search warrant for a home on Quail Drive in Aberdeen Thursday.
Amanda Lynn Walker, 35, of Aberdeen, Mickey Robertson Walker, 40, of Aberdeen, and Cody Richard Volk, 24, of Vass, were arrested as a result.
Amanda Lynn Walker was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin, possession of heroin, possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, trafficking opium or heroin, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, simple possession of schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearm by felon, four counts of misdemeanor child abuse and four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Her bond was set at $75,000.
Mickey Robertson Walker was charged with maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, possession of firearm by felon, four counts of misdemeanor child abuse and four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. His bond was set a $25,000.
Cody Richard Volk was placed under a $1,000 bond and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
All three suspects are due in court on April 29 and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
