d. Public Hearing for Rezoning Request RZ #17-04, submitted by Allan Casavant for 20.03 acres located at Turning Leaf Way, Security Lane, and Tristin Court in Aberdeen (Lots 3-21 of the Aberdeen Business Park). The current zoning category is HC (Highway Commercial) and the requested zoning category is R20-16 (low-density residential). (Planning Director Pam Graham)
