Moore County Schools, Home and Community Care Block Grant contract, contract for new
building for Board of Elections, amendment to FY 18 budget ordinance, electronic records and
imaging policy and procedures, contract for metal building for storage yard, MOU between
MCTS and Aging

Held a public hearing regarding text amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance and
approved the amendments

Held a public hearing regarding a Conditional Use Permit request for a 5 unit Bed & Breakfast in
a single family residence located at 4494 NC HWY 73, West End, and approved the permit

Voted to proceed with Parks and Recreation capital project and approve project ordinance
revision and budget amendment

Approved grant policy and procedures

Approved participation in the 2020 U.S. Census Bureau LUCA Operation

Approved amendment to contract with Aramark Correctional Services, LLC for inmate food
services

Approved amendment to contract with Southern Health Partners for inmate medical services

Authorized Public Works to submit an application for State funding assistance for an Asset
Inventory and Assessment grant for the wastewater system

Approved purchase of loader for Water Pollution Control Plant

Approved fire service agreements with non‐municipal departments

Approved mutual aid agreement with Lee County

Reappointed Pat Corso to the Airport Authority

Appointed Bobbie Rollins to the CVB Board

Appointed John Matthews to the Planning Board

Appointed Anthony McCauley, Ken Byrd, and Jim Pedersen to the Transportation Advisory Board

Reappointed Commissioner Ritter to the Sandhills Center Board
