C35 brings home Top Gun-USA National Championship

C35 Baseball recently traveled to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to compete in the Top Gun Summer Nationals.

The team went 5-0 on the weekend, winning the Gold Bracket championship.

They scored 48 runs and had 27 strikeouts on the opposing batters.

C35 team players are William Chopping, Camron Andrews, Trent Parks, David Park, Dylan Benedict, Will Hope, Michael Swarms, Romeo Moreno, Caleb Coro, Jack Trythall, Noah Burns, Tanner Deibel and JJ Moffitt.

Coaches are Rodney Swarms, Brock Benedict, David Hope, Danny Parks and Johnny Moffitt.

C35 was founded by former MLB player Rob Wooten who pitched for the Atlanta Braves, Milwaukee Brewers and the Cincinnati Reds.

Wooten’s lifelong passion for baseball and strong desire to give back and mentor our youth, resulted in the birth of C35 Baseball, a player development program that trains at the C35 Sports Academy in West End. The organization was incorporated as a 501(c) (3) nonprofit in 2019.

The mission of C35 Baseball is to help today’s youth develop and grow—both as athletes and individuals.
