Domestic incident leads to collision, arrests on U.S. 1

A domestic incident involving two vehicles traveling from neighboring Richmond County led to a collision and arrests in Moore County on Saturday evening. The vehicles collided on U.S. 1 near its intersection with Windy Hill Road, just north of Pinebluff.

Moore County law enforcement was alerted to the vehicles as they entered the county. Shortly thereafter, Pinebluff Police observed two vehicles appropriately matching the given description traveling north on U.S. 1.

The cars struck each other multiple times before both vehicles crashed near Windy Hill Road.

Pinebluff Police arrested two individuals at the scene. A taser was deployed on one person, who was assessed by EMS but did not require further medical treatment.

The incident remains under investigation. No further details have been disclosed by law enforcement at this time.
