Moore County Deputies arrested an Eagle Springs man for multiple larcenies which include the breaking and entering of a business in West End, according to information from Sheriff Godfrey.
Benjamin Kennedy, 40, was arrested on Thursday and charged with one count of breaking and entering, two counts of felony larceny, one count of felony possession of stolen goods, one count of felony forgery of instrument, two counts of felony obtaining property by false pretense, one count of misdemeanor larceny, and two counts of misdemeanor possession of stolen goods.
Kennedy was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $6,500 secured bond, according to arrest records.
Kennedy is due in court on January 29th.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
