Five people were arrested after a drug investigation, according to Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields in a news advisory.
“On February 24, 2022, Deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Forest Place in Aberdeen,” said Fields.
The search warrant was issued at the conclusion of a drug investigation, said Fields. Cocaine, marijuana, THC wax, and drug paraphernalia were confiscated during the search.
Arrested were:
Trandon Thomas, 40, of Pinebluff:
Charges- trafficking in cocaine by possession, trafficking in possession by transport, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $150,000.
Garrett Martin, 72, of Aberdeen:
Charges- trafficking in cocaine by possession, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $15,000.
Heidi Dixon, 54, of Aberdeen:
Charges- trafficking in cocaine by possession, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $15,000.
Brittany Smith, 36, of Aberdeen:
Charges- trafficking in cocaine by possession, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $15,000.
Jeffery Yarborough, 62, of Aberdeen:
Charges- trafficking in cocaine by possession, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $15,000.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
