A joint operation between the Moore County Sheriff’s Office and the Probation/Parole Department netted eight arrests.
“On March 20, 2025, deputies from the Moore County Sheriff’s Office assisted probation officers in conducting searches at several residences throughout Moore County,” said Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields in a media release. “As a result of the operation, law enforcement seized methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana, THC wax, suboxone, buprenorphine hydrochloride, items of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and a stolen firearm.”
The operation also focused on monitoring registered sex offenders. One individual was charged with failing to inform of changes to online identifiers, as the law requires.
Arrested Individuals and Charges:
Brian Crawford, 50, of Eagle Springs, was charged with failure to inform of new or changed online identifiers.
Johnny Walden, 38, of Carthage, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, simple possession of a Schedule III-controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Robert Hill, 30, of Carthage, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, simple possession of a Schedule VI-controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
Sherri Dow, 62, of Carthage, was charged with simple possession of a Schedule VI-controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
Tabitha Wilder, 40, of Carthage, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, simple possession of a Schedule III-controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tiffany Gonzalez, 48, of Carthage, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Zabian Brower, 31, of Eagle Springs, was charged with simple possession of a Schedule VI-controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
Zavyhoun Justice, 27, of Pinebluff, was charged with felony possession of a Schedule II-controlled substance, simple possession of a Schedule VI-controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a stolen firearm, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
All the suspects were placed on a 48-hour hold and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
