The Pine Ridge Commercial development has installed traffic signals at two Southern Pines intersections to mitigate traffic congestion associated with the new Morganton Parks South Shopping Center with a Target store.
The new signals are at the intersections of U.S. 15-501 and Carolina Green Parkway and Morganton Road and Carolina Green Parkway.
Motorists are advised to stay alert when approaching the new traffic pattern.
