The Aberdeen Fire Department will begin hydrant testing on March 1.
“This could affect water pressure and cause your water to be cloudy in the area they are testing,” wrote the Town of Aberdeen on its website. “Please avoid washing clothes if your water seems cloudy. You may also see water running from unattended fire hydrants. Please use caution while driving if they are testing hydrants near the road.”
Testing will continue through July 31.
