Christian Howard Wooten, age 46 of Carthage, died unexpectedly Friday, December 15, 2017 at his home.
A graveside service will 2:00 PM Sunday at Pineywood Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Pastor Greg Davenport. A viewing will be held prior to the service in the sanctuary beginning at 1:00 PM.
A native of Hoke County, he was a son of Leonard Howard Wooten of Cameron and Karen Stewart of Lexington. Chris worked for the Department of Transportation as a maintenance supervisor.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Shelby Faulkner Wooten; daughters Madeline and Emma Wooten both of the home; brothers Bryan Wooten and Matthew Stewart both of Lexington; sister Lisa Lawrence of High Point.
