Archie Ralph McCaskill, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.
He was born on December 15, 1943 to the late Tom and Sarah McCaskill.
Ralph lived to drive his VW buggy, his Jeep, and his motorhome for beach trips and vacations. He looked forward to the fall for fishing at the Outer Banks with his family and friends. He retired from Moore County school system’s maintenance department.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Margaret Fennel.
He is survived by his long-time friend and soulmate, Mary Whitaker; his brothers Lee and Blue, and lots of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 11 AM, Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Eureka Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church, beginning at 10 AM.
