Mr. Arthur Lee Kelly, 94, died Sunday, March 24, 2019, at the FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
No public viewing will be held.
Survivors: Children, Cathy Fernandez, Sandra Haulsey, Arthur Kelly, and Iris Graham; sisters, Myrtle Parker and Mary Lewis; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; cousins; and other relatives.
