Mr. Trapper David Dunlap of Robbins went home to be with his Lord and Savior August 1, 2020 at the age of 40.
Trapper was born in Moore County on May 18, 1980. He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Lee Dunlap. Trapper was kind-hearted and would do anything for you. He loved to cook for his fiancé, Sonia Ritter. His hobbies were using his metal detector and making all kinds of wood keepsakes for his family using his circular saw.
He is survived by his mother, Melinda Phillips Steere and her husband Bud of Raeford; a sister Nikki Dunlap of Robbins; a brother Jody Dunlap from Glendon; his paternal grandmother Betty Dunlap of Robbins; his step-mother Linda Dunlap of Putnam; three nephews, Austin Dunlap, Matthew Dunlap and Ranger Dunlap.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Fair Promise Methodist Church, 192 Glendon Carthage Road with Pastor Tom Hallberg officiating.
Trapper will be missed so much.
