It’s annual community survey time, according to the Village of Pinehurst.

The Village of Pinehurst partners with ETC Institute to administer the community survey and business survey for the Village of Pinehurst.

The Village uses the ETC Institute to conduct their annual community survey, and each year the survey is mailed to approximately 2,500 randomly-selected Village residents in mid-August. ETC administers the survey and compiles the findings presenting this information to Council in October each year.

Community Survey

The community survey is administered to assess citizen satisfaction with the quality of Village services. The information gathered by this survey helps the Village establish budget priorities and refine policy decisions based on performance measurement provided by residents. 

Business Survey

The business survey is administered to businesses located within the Village of Pinehurst limits to assess business satisfaction with the quality of Village services and to measure trends from the results of previous surveys. The information gathered by this survey helps the Village address issues affecting the business community by measuring change over time.
