Police seek info after a dog-biting incident at Aberdeen Lake

The Aberdeen Police Department is asking for the public’s help after a dog-biting incident at Aberdeen Lake on Aug. 7.

In a post on the Aberdeen Police Department’s Facebook page, the department said they are looking for a man with a dog that “was involved in an incident of biting.”

“The male is described as an older white gentleman with a bald head and a full white beard, walking with a medium to large brindle-colored dog of an unknown breed,” said the department. “Additionally, he was in the company of a younger woman, approximately 5’5″ in height and weighing 120 lbs., with long brown hair. The woman was walking two long-haired dogs, one white and the other black, reminiscent of labradors.”
