Sandhills Community Action Program, Inc. (SCAP) will make its 2026 PHA Annual Plan for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program available for public review and comment from Feb. 16, 2026, to April 3, 2026.
The plan will be available weekdays from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at SCAP offices located at 340 Commerce Avenue, Suite 20, Southern Pines, N.C.; 102 E. Spring Street, Troy, N.C. and 602 Rockingham Road, Rockingham, N.C.
The public is invited to review the documents and leave comments (written or otherwise).
On April 6, 2026, at 11 a.m., a public hearing will be held to discuss the plan along with comments received. The public hearing will be held at SCAP’s Central Office, 340 Commerce Avenue, Suite 20, Southern Pines, N.C.
