A joint operation between the Moore County Probation and Parole and Moore County Sheriff’s Department resulted in the arrest of a 57-year-old Robbins man.
Terry Williams was arrested on Thursday after a search of a house in the 200 block of Jim Road in Robbins, where the agencies seized suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Williams was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, said Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields in a statement issued to Sandhills Sentinel.
Williams was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge in 2021. He was charged with nine counts of felony animal cruelty in the same year that dead cows were discovered in a pasture near Robbins.
