Nominations for this year’s Sprucing Up Southern Pines awards will be accepted by the Appearance Commission from April 15 through June 1.
The program recognizes residents and businesses who have made a noticeable effort to clean up, repair, improve, or otherwise enhance the appearance of their property. The goal of this program is to encourage further community improvements and enhance the Town’s visual image and economic vitality.
Selected property owners will be presented with a temporary sign to display in their yard and will be recognized collectively at a future Town Council meeting.
