Emergency crews responded to a rollover crash on Marks Road near the Vass area late Tuesday night, according to the Crains Creek Fire Department.
The department reports that units were dispatched to the scene at approximately 10:31 p.m. Initial reports indicated a significant “mechanism of injury,” and air medical services were placed on standby while crews responded.
Upon arrival, firefighters found an SUV that had left the roadway, rolled, and seemingly landed right-side up. Both occupants were already outside the vehicle and standing when crews arrived, the Crains Creek Fire Department said.
Moore County EMS arrived on scene shortly after and assumed patient care. The extent of the occupants’ injuries was not immediately released.
No additional details about the cause of the crash were available.Â
