A Vass man was arrested on multiple drug charges Saturday afternoon, according to information from the Moore County Detention Center.
Pinehurst Police arrested Kelvin McCrimmon, 34, from the 1900 block of Lobelia Road, and charged him with flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/ delivery of a schedule III controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine, maintain place controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, expired registration card tag, open container after consumption of alcohol, and resisting a public officer.
McCrimmon was taken to the Moore County Detention Center and placed under a 30,000 secured bond.
McCrimmon has a February 13th court date, according to arrests records.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
