A vehicle accident in Aberdeen has left both drivers shaken up, and the vehicles damaged Friday. Two cars collided at a two-way stop sign at Highway 211 and Keyser Street intersection.
The setting sun on the roadway is believed to be one of the causes of the accident.
Both drivers and passengers were able to walk away from the scene with minor scratches. Airbags and a muddy embankment assisted in minimizing any major injuries to the occupants.
Responding emergency service departments were Aberdeen Fire Department, Aberdeen Police Department, and Moore County EMS.
